A RC circuit and using it to light up LED

Hi all, this post is about using resistor capacitor (RC) circuit to light up a LED. đŸ¤“Schematic diagram as per below:

Resistor Capacitor circuit and joining with another Resistor LED circuit.

Some calculations for capacitance and other related variables.

Charging the capacitor. When the capacitor is full, the red probe voltage (+ve side of capacitor) will be approximately same as the battery +ve voltage which is around 8.5 volts.
No voltage drop means no current, hence capacitor acts like open circuit.
Discharging the capacitor by using its electric charge to light up LED.
Capacitor no more juice.
